Lt. Colonel Tom Bechtel retired after 30 years of dedicated service in the United States Army Special Operations as a Civilian Affairs Officer. He is a member of the NRA and is also a NRA certified instructor with over 40 years of weapons and training experience. Lt. Colonel Bechtel has instructed in the countries of both the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Uganda Civil Military Operations and Special Forces Operations. He has both managerial and operational experience in armed security. Tom Bechtel was previously a fugitive recovery agent operating in both Louisiana and Mississippi. Tom Bechtel's vision is helping enhance the second amendment through professional training and assisting law abiding citizens in armed self defense. The purpose of this class is to provide meaningful and clearly understandable training in both NRA Basic Pistol instruction and provide the State of Mississippi and the State of Louisiana enhanced concealed carry training.
